Hair Oil
(Despite the name, it
contains no
oil!)
In the 19th century, it was thought that healthy hair should be glossy-- to us, it would probably look oily.
If you don't use too much of this hair oil-- sprinkle it on your comb, for instance-- it helps control flyaway strands of hair. It also makes your hair shiny and smell like roses!
One of its two ingredients, glycerine, is an emollient and good for nourishing dry hair. If you don't like the shiny look it gives your hair, put it on at night and wash it off the next morning.
A note on packaging:
All our glass bottles are shipped with a screw top to avoid spilling; a cork is included for your use once it arrives.
